Description:As a Sr. Manager of Risk TechnologyHost Platform and
Authentication, you will:Manage day to day operations of team of
engineers supporting security applications including User Access
Management, Certificate managementManage In-depth troubleshooting
on complex application and/or system problems.Ensure appropriate
root cause is performed on high and critical incidents and present
findings to managementBe responsible for application/tool selection
and overall designHave working knowledge operating systems like Red
Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), Solaris, Linux, AIX, MacOS,
WindowsEssential Skills: Extensive experience with identity and
access management operations, systems engineering, and release
deploymentConsiderable experience leading cross-functional
geographically dispersed teams responsible for the day to day
operations of multiple enterprise security infrastructures that
provide operating systems access control, privileged account
management, password vaulting, and audit and compliance
reportingWorking knowledge in Security Applications such as Beyond
Trust Powerbroker, Quest Authentication Services, CyberArk PAPM,
Imperva, Remedy, ServiceNowIn addition to the responsibilities
listed below, this position is responsible for leading a team to
design, build, test, and implement, maintain, and operate
information security technologies, including infrastructure and
supporting applications related to either data protection, network
security, end-point security, threat monitoring or other domains as
appropriate. This includes managing team and project resources,
supporting employee development, and providing input to core and
investment budgets. This includes managing or overseeing complex IS
projects through both pre-production and implementation phases by
collaborating with internal technology risk teams, infrastructure
management, and external business groups to understand requirements
and design and implement solutions accordingly; and overseeing the
implementation of new security controls as appropriate to resolve
incidences and mitigate threat risks. This requires communication
to management regarding status and issues and the ability to
discuss and present technical concepts to a non-technical
audience.This position is also responsible for maintaining a
comprehensive understanding of infrastructure security operations,
partnering with the IS Architecture & Strategy team to help develop
and validate the long-term direction for security technologies, to
support the ongoing assessment and mitigation of information
security risks.Essential Responsibilities:Manages designated units

the IT Engineering job family, this position is responsible for
leveraging DEVOPS, and both Waterfall and Agile practices, to
design, develop, and deliver resilient, secure, multi-channel,
high-volume, high-transaction, on/off-premise, cloud-based
solutions.Manages existing systems to ensure appropriate resources
are in place to maintain service levels and meet new
demands.Manages team deliverables.Manages team and communicates
technical direction for the development and modification of
solutions by ensuring the delivery of technical solutions that meet
business problems.Manages technical teams in the translation of
business requirements and functional specifications into technical
specifications that support integrated and sustainable designs for
designated systems by leveraging partnerships with Business
Analysts to understand business needs and functional
specifications.Collaborates with business leaders, Solutions, and
lead enterprise architects to review business drivers, and
communicate strategies to team members.Manages processes to ensure
the proper documentation and review of technical
specifications.Manages project support plans, schedules, and
assignments, and resolves any issues.Manages the implementation and
maintenance of assigned enterprise infrastructure systems to ensure
successful deployment and operation by researching, formulating,
and monitoring processes and procedures for the introduction and
maintenance of services.Manages the resolution of complex or high
impact system issues.Manages collaboration across various IT teams
(e.g., database, operations, technical support) throughout system
development and implementation.Reviews and prioritizes
recommendations and input on options, risks, costs, and benefits
for systems designs.Reviews benchmarking results, and make
recommendations to support current and future infrastructure needs
and projects to IT leadership.Manages new service options and
recommendations on feasibility and ROI.Provides insight and
recommendations to inform long-term IT infrastructure planning,
engineering, and architecture across multiple systems by leading
the assessment of the implications of IT strategies on
infrastructure capabilities.Oversees and supports team interactions
with architects and software engineers to ensure functional
specifications are converted into flexible, scalable, and
maintainable system designs.Manages resource requirements for
technical design and testing efforts.Reviews recommendations and
creates financial forecast for the development, enhancement, and/or
maintenance of designated technologies.Minimum
Qualifications:Minimum one (1) year experience managing security
engineering and operations of security technologies.Minimum two (2)
years supervisory experience.Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration, Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related
field and Minimum eight (8) years IT experience, including at least
Minimum three (3) years in infrastructure engineering, technical
process management, IT consulting, or related field. Additional
equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree
requirement. Preferred Qualifications:Two (2) years experience in
the design and implementation of complex infrastructure
solutions.Two (2) years experience in IT infrastructure
consulting.Four (4) years experience in IT security or identity and
access management.Two (2) years experience working with an IT
Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework.Four (4) years experience
working with an enterprise digital certificate management
system.Two (2) years managing operating budgets and/or project
financials.Two (2) years experience managing vendor
