PURPOSE OF POSITION
AnAssociate Director of Case Management and Programming at Catholic
Charities:
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from accredited four-year college or
university in related field; and three to five years related
shelter operations experience and/or training; or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Master's Degree preferred.
HMIS training and experience preferred.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
Salary:$60,000-70,000 per/year, Full Time, 40 hours per week.
Schedule- 8:00am-5:00pm
Training:We provide a robust training curriculum that will support
our employees throughout their career. Training provided within the
first year of employment includes: De-escalation & Safety; Public
Speaking; Mental Health First Aid; Substance Abuse & Mental Health;
Human Trafficking; Trauma Informed Care; and many more.
