We are a close-knit group that works together to provide the best service to both new and existing customers. As a GM/Profit Center Hajoca within Hajoca's Mountain Region, your specific duties will include but are not limited to: *Achieve sales, gross profit, and profit-sharing goals through recruitment, development, training, coaching, evaluation, and management of the Profit Center team. *Determine targeted customer account potential, establish sales goals for those accounts, and hold salespeople accountable for achieving those goals. *Achieve upper quartile performance in key financial indicators. *Ensure the Profit Center meets or exceeds the service expectations demanded by each customer group *Analyze financial reports and implement strategies to increase sales, improve productivity, and manage expenses.All interested applicants must possess: *College degree or equivalent plumbing and/or industry experience *Minimum 3+ years of wholesale distribution experience *Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with employees, customers, and vendors *Ability to interpret financial data to determine the success/failure of plans and take the appropriate action to adjust business plans to ensure success *Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) skills Our ideal candidate will also: *Have a comprehensive knowledge of industry products *Previous experience with an inventory management system (e.g. Eclipse) *A demonstrated history of leadership experience The benefits of working with us: Although Hajoca is a large company, we work in a decentralized environment where each of our locations, called Profit Centers, is run by the Profit Center Manager as if it was their own small business.
