Our PMO is looking for a senior project manager to join our group and be responsible for leading our projects and teams in the successful execution of our proprietary implementation methodology. A person who is driven, resourceful, organized, and meticulous to lead projects. This is an excellent opportunity for the right person, with a 5-7 years of project management experience using various methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid). The Commitment

• Be the Project Manager for 3-5 client projects at any given time, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with quality. Projects will often have competing deadlines and constraints.
• Comfortable working with senior executives and subject matter experts in industry.
• Become an expert on the Appficiency NetSuite implementation methodology and very knowledgeable with the features and functions of the NetSuite application.
• Guide the delivery of projects through proactive communication and scheduling where possible and quick and efficient issue resolution where necessary.
• Project Management responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing and delivering presentations, scheduling and facilitating meetings, preparing and presenting status reports, developing project plans and timelines, and participating in internal PMO planning and reporting.
  
  The Essentials
  
  • Must be eligible to work and travel in Canada and the United States.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with ERP implementations and understand typical facets of implementing a cloud-based ERP system.
  • Business/technical undergrad or MBA or equivalent work experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years in a Project Management role in the Cloud/Software Services field.
  • Experience with Google Suite, MS Office Suite, Skype and other typical collaboration tools.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and deal with changing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Cool under pressure and in unpredictable circumstances.
  • An expert collaborator and mentor that brings out the best in others.
