Plant Director - Food Manufacturing - Spray Drying Experience Needed

We are recruiting a Plant Director for a growing client in the food processing industry. As the Plant Director, you'll report to the Senior Director of Operations. You must have experience in a food safety regulated manufacturing plant such as food, dairy, infant formula, pharmaceuticals, or meat. We are looking for a Director with SPRAY DRYING experience.

Our client needs a Plant Director who is a strong team-oriented leader & able to create a collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for the implementation of operational excellence processes and mentoring managerial employees to increase their engagement in the continuous improvement processes.

Your goal is to bring all the departments together to achieve KPI's and meet corporate & customer quality standards. As you work with each department, you'll guide them as they develop their budgets, establish KPI's, create & implement Lean and Continuous Improvements processes to increase reliability and through put in this complex manufacturing plant. You'll champion capital project execution and provide support and guidance to the team.
