Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of land development and entitlement processes,
including specific experience with jurisdictions in Colorado with
emphasis along the Front Range.
- Experience managing multiple development projects and executing
multiple tasks and responsibilities at once.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong client
relationships.
- Experience preparing and presenting projects in front of
government agencies and neighborhood groups.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Project is preferred.
- Experience collaborating with and leading a team of design
professionals.

The estimated starting base salary for this role is
$90,000-$105,000.

Your Day to Day:
- Lead the entitlement and permitting process for developers,
owners and/or end users. That may include multi-site roll-out
programs, large format development, retail fuel stations and a
variety of land development projects.
- Prepare contracts and track changes in scope for preparation of
amendments as needed throughout the project.
- Understand client goals and uses effective communication to
help manage project schedules and budgets, deadlines and coordinate
on multiple projects.
- Perform specific site development due diligence research,
assists with the development of conceptual site plans, coordinates
site planning and design activities.
- Identify development constraints that include, but are not
limited to, land use issues, utility availability, traffic impacts,
easements, title exception documents, development fees, timing
issues, project costs, and other development considerations that
might affect the project.
- Primary liaison between government agencies and the client,
represent the client at public hearings, coordinate responses to
various agencies, coordinate development agreements and other
documents on behalf of the client, and generally represent the
client's interests to groups involved in the project.
- Coordinate with due diligence subconsultants to obtain
proposals. Manage contracts, deliverables, and schedules to ensure
timely delivery.
- Oversee technical and administrative activities for projects
with internal Galloway teams.
- Utilize Deltek for project setup and budget management.

Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's in Real Estate, Planning, Architecture,
Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, or other related field,
or six years combined similar work-related experience specific to
commercial and/or retail development.
Experience
- Typically, 10 or more years' experience with land
development/entitlements, and demonstration of strong due diligence
coordination skills.
