in advising leaders through financial analysis and reporting. This

-Primary purpose of the position:Directs financial functions of
Rocky Mountain Metal Container, LLC in accordance with GAAP and
contract requirements. Ensures that RMMC financial operations meets
its overall plans and objectives.Essential Responsible Areas:
-Supports development, implementation, maintenance, and ongoing
improvement of the food safety system.Establishes and directs the
financial operations department at RMMC.Provides and implements
various policies and procedures for RMMC financial
operations.Facilitates preparation of the RMMC month-end closings,
budget, and financial forecasts.Administers customer contract
pricing and facilitates preparation of pricing data to RMMC
customers.Facilitates preparation of financial information for RMMC
JV members.Establishes and maintains effective work relationships
within the department, the division, the group, and the company.
Includes ability to handle stress and to interact with others so as
to establish and maintain a positive and productive work
environment and minimize personal conflicts.While the regular
working cycle of this position is usually 5 days on
(Monday-Friday), this job may include working weekends (Saturday
and Sunday); working hours may vary as specified by management.
Incumbent must be able to work overtime on a regular basis and/or
be on call as directed by management.Performs those administrative
activities necessary for effective management, including provision
for selection and development of employees, salary administration,
budget administration, employee safety, employee counselling,
motivation, meeting objectives, planning, organizing, integrating
and measuring the work performed within the organization. -What we
are looking for: -Broad training in a related professional field
usually acquired through college level education or work related
experience.Job-related experience for 5 years minimum.Ability to
apply intensive and diversified evaluation, selection, and
substantial adaptation and modification of standard accounting
techniques, procedures, and criteria.Ability to participate with
functional counterparts within the organization and through all
stages of planning and development of program objectives, including
directing and allocating the department s resources, timing, etc.,
needed to assure program(s) completion.Must be able to handle
sensitive related and proprietary information in a confidential
manner.Ability to negotiate with customers to promote or sell ideas
or concepts.Must be able to organize, plan, and prioritize.Ability
to meet deadlines, concentrate, and pay attention to detail.Ability

as outlined in the Ball Corporation manuals.Compensation & Benefits
-- Hiring Salary Range: $103,000 - $157,205 (Salary to be
determined by the applicant s education, experience, knowledge,
skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment
