The Position:
The Product Manager supports the overall business plan and strategic direction of Settlor by driving changes in product development and always expanding and applying their knowledge of new technologies, industry patterns and trends and the specific needs and expectations of users, customers and partners. The candidate chosen for this position will lead a team of passionate and talented individuals to produce new product plans and improve existing products based on market research, trends in technology, business climate, and any relevant legal compliance regulations.
How You'll Contribute:

• Model and hold others accountable to the Settlor company culture and acts as a coach and mentor to others in the organization
• Convey clear performance expectations, follow up consistently, and enforce individual accountability for the team
• Collaborate with the senior leadership team to develop strategic goals for the organization and implement plans to achieve them
• Produce business and product plans and evaluate those plans on a continuous basis
• Monitor business climate, trends in technology and development, and legal compliance in areas of the company's product lines
• Analyze market research and customer satisfaction levels to make informed recommendations and improvements
• Support efforts to increase customer satisfaction
• Lead new product launches Success Factors:

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Education and Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required
    • Five or more years professional experience working for an organization in the software development or software-as-a-service (Saas) industries or related industries required
    • Five or more years of experience in product development or management required
    • Five or more years professional experience in the real estate, mortgage or title industry preferred but not required Compensation:
      • The starting salary for this position is 110,000 - 150,000 annually depending on qualifications
