As Senior Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for growing and managing various direct and network affiliate partnerships. You will also build fast-growing marketing campaigns, focusing on B2B and SaaS. As a key member of the paid acquisition team, you'll work closely with the following teams to deliver on performance goals: web marketing, marketing analytics, product marketing, engineering, legal, and creative. You'll scale our programs with multi-million dollar budgets amongst an ambitious team, owning both the strategy and execution. You'll help us devise cross-channel campaigns and help drive advancement in our analytic capabilities. Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

  • Scale and optimize best-in-class affiliate partnerships, including PPC-, SEO-, and influencer-based partners, to drive customer acquisition
  • Own end-to-end partnership management including: new partnership recruitment, proposal negotiations, campaign execution, experimentation planning, and reporting
  • Direct affiliate partners with content creation, testing strategies, payout offers, and bonus incentives
  • Drive reporting on effectiveness of campaigns, creative, and the acquisition portfolio
  • Develop forecasts and budgets for the affiliates program, driving and executing spend optimization decisions rapidly
  • Partner closely with internal teams, including data analytics and growth engineering Here's what we're looking for:
    • 6+ years experience with affiliate marketing, including hands-on experience negotiating and optimizing affiliate deals
    • Strong working knowledge of direct affiliate relationships and affiliate management platforms (Impact preferred)
    • Experience directing third party partners on campaign execution to meet company objectives and scale performance
    • Experience in optimizing in-house direct response marketing programs, while driving efficiency and meeting LTV:CAC targets
    • Strong knowledge of the media industry and business law to strategize and execute media buys, IOs, MNDAs, etc.
    • Experience with tag management (e.g. Tealium)
    • Strong working knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions.
    • Proven track record of building and executing experimentation plans
    • Experience with small business marketing, subscription products, SaaS, or financial services.
    • Strong knowledge of the media industry and landscape
    • Willingness to learn new paid acquisition programs (e.g. podcasts, offline media, direct mail, digital media) Extra credit:
      • Strong working knowledge of other performance marketing channels (e.g. podcasts, offline media, direct mail, digital media)
      • Fluency with modern business intelligence tools (e.g. Amplitude, Tableau)
      • Experience with advanced measurement and analytics (multi-touch attribution, media mix modeling, or similar)
      • Experience with small business marketing, subscription products, SaaS, or financial services.
        Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $112,000-132,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $125,000-163,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
