Must live within Pacific or Mountain time zones for occasional travel to customer sites (no more than 10-25%; most likely closer to that 10% mark)
Dell is seeking a PM for their Pro-Deploy service to manage multiple end customers and ensure delivery of Dell product deployments, support and consulting. This service delivery organization provides consulting, solutions architecture and Deployment services of Dell products and Dell's Channel Partnerships Across multi-cloud, modern endpoint solutions, Business Resiliency, and Data & Analytics.
Dell has a backlog of customers that need design documents built for deployment, products installed/deployed and runbooks for solution hand off.
These PMs provide the coordination, manage the budget and ensure that the service offerings are meeting the SLAs/Outcomes designed in the SOWs.
