Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company's regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule YEAR-ROUND.
Your Responsibilities

• 
  
• 
  Assists in assembling and distributing reports for department metrics to department, management and corporate users
  
  
• 
  Maintains part parameters in the identified systems
  
  
• 
  Assists and supports the global manufacturing function with special projects as identified
  
  
• 
  Assists with creating new and maintaining existing procedures and work instructions
  
  
• 
  Develops and implements process improvements that support the global manufacturing processes including the development and implementation of software tools
  
  
• 
  Support the department by gathering data and completing analysis functions on it
  
  
  What Skills You Need
  
  • 
    
  • 
    Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in business, pre-law, accounting, supply management, MIS, or engineering; others may apply
    
    
  • 
    Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited college/university
    
    
  • 
    Graduation date of May 2024 or later
    
    
  • 
    Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
    
    
  • 
    Available to work during the academic year 16-20 hours/weekly
    
    
  • 
    Available to work during the summer semester 35-40 hours/weekly
    
    
  • 
    Must be able to work onsite in Fargo, North Dakota on a daily basis during summer breaks with remote work available during the school year
    
    
  • 
    Knowledge and application of Microsoft Office products and tools
