Senior Manager of Finance Publicis Sapient is looking for a Senior Manager of Finance to join our team of solutions-oriented innovators. You'll use your data analytics, business acumen, and financial modeling skill set to improve operational effectiveness across the finance teams, which collectively support our business. • Support the business leadership team in driving financial and operating health of the industry -- become the point of contact and escalation for items related to client financial performance, forecasting, budgeting, and business operations.
• Partner with Business Leads to drive for success against key objectives and targets while understanding key business drivers and financial metrics that push PS business forward.
• Lead client finance and business operations team through day-to-day and period close activities across multiple geographies, enabling operational efficiencies and optimizing financial performance.
• Lead and build financial analyses and operation strategies, forecasting future performance, annual commitment processes, and deriving insights to manage and implement improvement/changes required to grow our business portfolio.
• Provide monthly P&L analysis and lead quarterly business reviews for the industry, highlighting key performance drivers, revenue and margin analysis, variance to commitment, and risks/opportunities.
• Lead planning and re-forecasting programs, commercial negotiation strategies, and TWC support, providing insight into business drivers and their impact to land on target deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with various teams (Capacity, Controllership, Legal, Financial Reporting, Delivery Sales) to deliver complete/accurate financial results and improve operational effectiveness.
