Location: Denver, CO
Talent Acquisition team must be located in the Denver metro area,
but can work remotely, in order to visit its hospital locations on
a regular basis. The five AdventHealth hospitals include the
following: Avista Adventist Hospital in Louisville, Colo.; Castle
Rock (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; Littleton (Colo.) Adventist
Hospital; Parker (Colo.) Adventist Hospital; and Porter Adventist
Hospital in Denver. The organization will also operate and manage
affiliated clinics in Colorado.
The role you'll contribute:
The Regional Manager provides leadership and vision in support of
the regional recruitment function for AdventHealth facilities. This
individual manages a team of Recruiting Supervisors, Senior
Recruiters, and Recruiters focused on attracting quality
candidates. Works closely with staff in sharing best practices,
aiding on critical needs, and coordinating regional level
initiatives.
The value you'll bring to the team:
Partners with Sourcing Manager and Talent Strategy COE to develop
regional recruitment sourcing and marketing strategy to acquire
talent to ensure vacancies are kept at facility specific levels,
develop staffing strategies for new and expanding programs and
retirement replacement plans.
Assists facilities in the region with retirement risk analysis and
development of innovative programs to ensure continuity of the
workforce.
Uses external scan tools to understand the market and provide
education to facility leaders on labor market conditions along with
recommendations for programs and practices.
Develops and maintains effective partnerships to understand
business and recruiting needs and establish effective recruiting
strategies.
Develops process improvement plans using LEAN methodology to
improve processes of local regional team and partners on nationwide
implementations. Executes planned improvements and sustains
gains.
Works closely with the Talent Acquisition Director in developing,
implementing, and evaluating ongoing recruitment processes,
programs, and functions.
Develops, implements, and manages an effective forecasting model to
move to just in time recruiting strategies.
Networks through industry contacts, associations, trade groups, and
employees to develop relationships and pipelines.
Implements recruiting strategy, calculates and reports return on
investment.Advises on alternate solutions.
Leads regional recruiting team and ensures team is held accountable
to results and SLA's.
Partners with other Regional Managers and Sr. International Manager
to meet annual recruiting targets in the most efficient and
effective manner
Partners with HR leaders and HR Shared Services to foster a team
environment promoting open communication
Develops and presents quarterly reports to each facility to
include: SLA's, hiring outcomes, turnover, employee demographic
shifts, labor market changes, results of recruitment strategy and
recommendations for counter measures.
Monitors changing government regulations to ensure documentation,
interview and selection techniques are following organization
policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and
regulations
Maintains a broad knowledge of company policies and benefit
plans
Provides guidance and training on TA related topics including use
of systems to facility leaders.
Coaches, mentors, train and sets performance goals for TA employees
with a goal to maximize talent.Manages hires, terminations,
corrective action and performance reviews.Maintains a sufficiently
staff, highly engaged team.

Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Human Resources
or a relevant field
Minimum of five years of experience in recruitment required,
preferably in a healthcare environment
Minimum of three years of managerial experience overseeing a
staffing administration team required
Proficiency in applicant tracking system, preferably Taleo
required
Experience with social networking and internet vehicles and tools,
such as e-mail, search engines, social media, blogs, job boards,
and job postings required
Experience with human resource information systems
