Job Description:
As the Sr. Director of Enterprise Sales, you will be responsible
for driving the strategy and execution of all commercial sales
initiatives and revenue expansion. You will hire, train, and lead
our commercial sales team through expansive growth, define new
goals, and contribute to high revenue attainment. You will also
collaborate with cross-functional partners, including leaders in
pre-sales, marketing, product management, customer success,
engineering, and data science.Our mission is to determine the net

trust.Responsibilities:
- Hire, onboard, develop, and retain a national commercial sales
team
- Develop a clear go-to-market sales strategy that scales revenue
growth while strategically closing enterprise accounts
- Assess and improve upon current sales processes, methodologies,
infrastructure, and metrics to optimize the performance of the
sales organization
- Define and implement operational metrics and KPIs that measure,
optimize, and continually improve the efficiency and effectiveness
of sales programs and strategies
- Lead, inspire, and motivate the commercial sales organization
to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue growth targets by
establishing sales quotas and holding the team accountable to hit
and exceed targets
- Provide regular sales forecasts to executive leadership
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of key product
functionalityRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably from a top-tier university.
- 10+ years of sales experience with 5+ years at the leadership
level in the software-as-a-service or data-as-a-service industry,
preferably within a high-growth startup
- Experience hiring, leading and managing a team of account
executives
- Demonstrated experience mentoring direct reports with a focus
on performance management, strong onboarding, and one-on-one
training
- Solid understanding of the Data and Analytics industries
- Understanding of CRM technology & APIsExtensive experience with
enterprise sales tools, including Salesforce, Outreach/Groove,
ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, etc.Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the MarTech/AdTech, Data, and Analytics
industries
