We're looking for a senior manager with experience in planning
replacement cycles for capital equipment, or someone who works in
equipment financing to:
- Develop and oversee an asset management plan for NEN amusement
devices (36,000+ assets in 13,000+ locations nationwide)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure NEN's assets are
refreshed, refurbished, and/or replaced at a frequency necessary
within budget constraints to ensure the condition and standard of
the equipment maximizes revenue and client retention ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Using Power BI software:
- Analyze the condition and placement of NEN's assets in the
field and confirm/ensure data integrity
- Develop and overall asset lifecycle and work with IT to
effectively track the rotation, time-on-location, refurb date, new
purchase date and other key stages in an asset's lifecycle
- Work closely with our finance team to:
- Estimate capital expenditures for refurbishment and replacement
of assets for annual budgeting
- Recommend the most optimal approach to managing NEN's assets to
maximize revenue
- Recommend annually, and update quarterly, by client, asset
type: rotation, refurbishment, and replacement strategies
- Work in conjunction with manufacturing to determine the
capability and capacity to refurbish assets as determined by agreed
to strategies
- Collaborate with the leaders of NEN's Sugarloaf Entertainment
division and manufacturing on negotiating the purchase of approved
capital expenditure for replacement assets
- Collaborate with the owner of NEN's brand standards of the
company's assets, and be responsible for ensuring all asset plans
adhere to these are part of the asset management program
- Coordinate with Operations on the in-field rotation, removal,
and installation of assets, ensuring the forecasting of monthly,
quarterly and annual requirements are provided to enable capacity
planning
- Assume responsibility for coordination and reporting of
initiatives with weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings and calls as
required

- Demonstrated experience with analyzing large amounts of data,
reporting and tracking
- Ability to analyze data and make informed recommendations
- PowerBI experience helpful or strong software skills with data
heavy software programs
- Experience with asset or fleet management, maintenance, and
replacement programs helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intermediate Microsoft office skills required specifically
using Microsoft Excel
- Must be able to work collaboratively with departments
throughout the organization
- Experience in the amusement industry, or related industry such
as automated vending or asset route operations a plus
- Occasional travel within the US may be required
- Successfully pass a criminal background check and drug
screen
