You and your team will have your fingers on the pulse of the company culture and manage surveys, employee recognition programs, engagement events and other activities to foster a positive workplace environment.Ready to build your global network?   • Lead your team to nurture a culture focused on the employee experience
  • Collect, analyze, interpret data by executing on various employee survey methods and provide recommendations for data-driven engagement actions
  • Support people managers to identify action plans and inspire follow through on those plans -
  • Work with local leaders to facilitate engagement activities including virtual and live outreach events and programs such as heritage and award celebrations, industry event weeks, and regional events
  • Develop internal marketing campaigns and assets
  • Manage the rewards and recognition program -
  • Propose initiatives, programs or policies to increase employee satisfaction, engagement and well-being.You'll report tothe Global Vice President of Human Capital and Talent Acquisition. You'll contribute to the success of the employee experience for a global organization, which ultimately affects the customer experience. What You Bring to the Role -
    • Minimum of 3+ years of related experience -
    • Experience leading employee engagement teams and activities, identifying opportunities, and creating roadmaps to improve engagement metrics is a plus
    • Energized by building and developing relationships with your team members and across all levels of the organization across multiple locations
    • Experience with event coordination and facilitation -
    • Passionate about contributing to fostering an inclusive culture and celebrating our various heritages and backgrounds -
    • Comfortable giving effective virtual presentations and hosting events COMPENSATION & BENEFITSThe anticipated starting range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $70,000 - $85,000. This position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Actual compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. -Benefits available to eligible employees include the following:
