Description:Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for a Survey Manager
to join our Civil Engineering Group in our Lakewood, Colorado
office. This surveyor will work on multiple projects on a broad
range of project types. For this position the Survey Manager
applies knowledge of surveying principles and techniques in a broad
area of land and construction surveying. Survey Manger is
responsible for maintaining files of surveys and plats, makes
independent decisions on surveying problems and methods. Manages
survey crews and is responsible for assignment and coordination of
survey operations. Represents Martin/Martin, Inc. on Client
conferences and written communications. Prepares survey

needs and schedulesSchedules survey crews and office
personnelReviews final legal descriptions, survey plats, design
surveys, and field notes reductions for accuracy and
completenessTrains personnelProvides periodic field observations
during surveySets standards for survey departmentPerforms or
directs computations for control surveys, subdivision of sections,
boundary surveys and easementsMakes analysis of documentary and
physical evidenceWrites and reviews legal descriptionsOther duties

Surveyors license (PLS)Ability to deal with clientsAbility to do
advanced GPS and survey calculationsMinimum 12 years surveying

work in both the field and officeEstablished client base and
