Chief Information Officer will work with leaders to determine appropriate technology solutions and cost-effective support services focused on enhancing access, improving efficiency of support services, and improving outcomes. This role supports their teams by providing the infrastructure, tools, data, and support to enable effective and efficient operations. As a Chief Information Officer, you identify key issues and relationships relevant to achieving long range goals or vision. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• 5+ years of industry and leadership experience
• Ability to maintain current information on information technology advances, communications, products and business processes, and to recommend changes in business standards when adopting new technologies
• Demonstrated experience performing as an effective leader and team player, recognizing, and resolving conflicts or potentially controversial situations through diplomacy
• High degree of integrity handling confidential information
• Encourages diversity and mutual respect among team members and demonstrates compassion and sensitivity
• Knowledge of applications and tools for efficient cost-effective sharing of ideas and information
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Ability to effectively lead an organization
• Strategic planning and organizational development knowledge and skills
• Ability to interpret, adapt and occasionally deviate from established practices and procedures for new situations and problems
