Description:Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for a civil project
engineer/manager to join our Civil Engineering Group in our
Lakewood, Colorado office. This engineer will work for multiple
project managers on a broad range of project types. This position
will focus in the stormwater design market but will include
opportunities to gain experience in private land development.A
typical work week can include engineering calculations, stormwater
modeling, drawing development, and project coordination. This
position allows for interactions with owners, jurisdictional
reviewers, and subcontractors early in your career along with
opportunities for marketing activities. As a member of the Major
Drainage and Water resources group you will have the opportunity to
design and analyze channels, floodplains, detention ponds, storm
sewer networks, and green water quality infrastructure such as
LID/bioretention devices.We pride ourselves in providing our

Mall Redesign.Duties and Responsibilities Include:The following
duties are illustrative only and are not intended to be all
inclusive.Utilize AutoCAD/Civil3D to design, detail, and coordinate
small to medium size projects within time allotments and within
project budgets. Familiar with basic Hydrology and Hydraulics
design principlesManage and mentor a team of civil engineers and
CAD technicians.Serve as point-of-contact with Clients, Contractors
and other design disciplines.Provide quality-control check of work
produced.Provide project construction administration support
including shop drawing review, responses to Requests for
Information (RFIs), and field observations.Attend project meetings
during design and construction.Monitor project budgets and reviews
and/or approves invoicing to clients.Works overtime, when

ProjectsRequirements:Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited curriculum.Registered PE
license in the State of Colorado or ability to obtain one within 3
months.4 - 8+ years of progressive civil engineering experience.
Desired Qualifications: Min 3 years' experience in (Water
Resource)Min 2 years' experience with PE license.Knowledge or
proficiency with Civil3D, StormCAD, FlowMaster, SWMM, HEC-RAS,
FLO2DKnowledge of site entitlement processes of jurisdictions
within the greater Denver Metropolitan areaShows strong interest in
participating in company initiatives.Construction field
experience.Excellent time management and organizational skills.
