Management is an interdisciplinary position that will provide
support to various departments within Spectrum Retirement
Communities, LLC. The Director will be responsible for, among other
things, developing metrics or benchmarks for reviewing and
analyzing operations and data, reviewing existing policies, and
then communicating findings to the applicable department
leaders.The individual in this role will also be responsible for
making recommendations for potential policy or operational changes
to various department leaders based on data and applicable best
practices.This person will ensure community compliance with State
and Federal regulatory requirements, including but not limited to
OSHA.This person will also be responsible for overseeing,
administering, and working with department leaders on
portfolio-wide insurance matters.A degree or diploma in a relevant
subject strongly preferred.4 years of risk/quality management,
liability insurance or related experience required.Knowledge of
risk and safety evaluation methodology, including criteria
development and data analysis techniques.Excellent written and
spoken communication skills.Well-developed organizational
skills.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office.Must be able to
travel, as needed.Must have the ability to maintain
confidentiality.Self-motivated, organized and professional. Have a
neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance. Possess good
public relations, communication, general office, clerical and
telephone skills.Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks and
priorities, have excellent time management/meet deadlines and
attention to detail.Ability to work effectively with different
levels of personnel.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 in
