We are seeking a(an) Nurse Manager Emergency Services for our team

your career with us!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Nurse Manager
provides leadership through planning, organizing, coordinating,
monitoring and evaluating the care provided to patients.
Demonstrates advance skills in the care of emergency patients.
Responsibilities include fiscal, human resource and operational
functions. Maintains 24-hour accountability for patient care. The
Manager performs delegated duties consistent with the scope of
practice and functions within the philosophy and overall plan of
care at SMC. The Manager facilitates the growth and development and
empowerment of personnel by functioning as a leader, mentor,
resource person, negotiator, coach and counselor. The Manager
displays positive support for the mission and values or SMC.
Provides and supervises care delivered to all age groups: neonatal,
pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
What qualifications you will need:A.
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure in the
State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active
multistate Registered Nurse license. Current BLS, ACLS
certifications through American Heart Association or American Red
Cross, TNCC or TNS, and ENPC or PALS through American Heart
Association required at time of hire.B. Education and Training:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN or Bachelors in
related field required C. Experience: Minimum of 5 years emergency
nursing experience required. Minimum of 1-2 years management
experience preferred.This role requires you to be fully vaccinated
for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or
regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is
