to hire a Director, Strategic Accounts (Genetics and Women's
Health), Mid-America Division, to help identify and shape
opportunities for our continued growth across our Genetics and
Women's Health segment.The Director, Strategic Accounts (DSA) works
cross functionally with the Genetics and Women's Health/IVF Sales,
Marketing, Operations, Managed Care, Hospital, and Value Based Care
teams to align and execute key initiatives and strategies with
national and regional strategic accounts to include large Hospital
Systems, Management Service Organizations (MSO) and IVF
consortiums.As a DSA, you will act as a strategic partner and
decision point to develop and drive strategy and tactics to
strengthen and grow an assigned group of strategic accounts, and
new strategic partnership opportunities. The DSA will also manage
relationships with clients who are considered of high importance or
contribute high value to Labcorp.This is a remote-based position,
with a candidate location preference of Texas, Colorado, Arizona or
Nevada. Candidate must reside within the division territory (MT,
CO, WY, NV, UT, AZ, NM, ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, TX, MN, IA, MO, AR)In
the role of Director, Strategic Accounts:You will serve as the
day-to-day contact for assigned strategic accountsYou will act as a
thought partner and decision influencer to develop, support,
strengthen and grow an assigned group of strategic accountsYou will
develop, evolve, and strengthen strategic partnerships and
relationships across various stakeholders including Sales,
Marketing, Operations, Managed Care, Value Based Care, IT and
Divisional leadershipYou will partner with affiliated MSO's and
Hospital System accounts to co-create value through the
implementation of effective business programs that will grow and
sustain the customer's clinical, economic, and strategic goalsYou
will cultivate relationships with stakeholders to identify the
appropriate partnerships to maximize revenue generating
opportunities along with implementation of successful strategic
plansYou will manage complex relationships with multiple customer
facing teams and establishing the role and its value to the
organizationYou will work to gain access to industry thought
leaders through providing value in sharing a knowledge base on
technical updates for genetics and women's health guidelines and
industry changesYou will conduct regular client executive business
reviews for current strategic accountsYou will support national
networking events with highly influential affiliations to solidify
a strong genetics and women's health market presenceYou will
support the revenue growth goals for the Genetics and Women's
Health franchiseYou will report directly to the National Director,
Strategic Accounts, Genetics and Women's Health with a supporting
reporting line to the AVP, Sales EastQualifications:BS/BA degree in
business, healthcare, or related field strongly preferred10+ years
of sales and/or marketing experience preferred10+ years of Genetics
or Women's Health or IVF experience preferredExperience working
successfully with commercial and non-commercial teamsExperience in
Value-Based Care messagingProven experience of selling into the
C-Suite highly preferredExperience in and strong knowledge of the
lab/diagnostics industryExperience making independent decisions and
managing large projects that directly impact business and the
