ROLE SUMMARYAs the Operations Leader for the Enterprise Product Management (EPM) organization within Pfizer Digital, you will be responsible for working with the EPM Leadership Team and other senior leaders to drive the development and execution of strategies and transformations to continuously improve the operations and impact of EPM.This role will be responsible for working cross-functionally to formulate, design, mobilize and drive strategic initiatives at scale, including Digital Product Excellence (DPE), a transformation program designed to evolve and scale a product-centric way of working and common Product Management discipline across Pfizer Digital and its business partners.You will work in close partnership with key capability teams across Pfizer Digital, including Customer Experience and Engagement (CX&E), Business Process Excellence (BPE), Architecture and Engineering to ensure product strategy alignment and decision-making.ROLE RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for implementation and adoption of the Digital Product Excellence (DPE) transformation initiative and Product Management discipline across PfizerLeverage advanced knowledge and subject matter expertise of Product Management to design and establish standardized Capability Building programs for product teams and Product practitioners (e.g., Product Owners, Product Managers)Influence digital and business leaders to adopt a product-centric mindset, and move teams to the DPE modelLeads day-to-day operational activities to meet program targets and milestones, in partnership with key stakeholders and capability teams (e.g., Heads of Product, Coaches)Develop mobilization plans (including strategic prioritization of products and product groups), timelines, budgets, and resourcing considerations for scaling Digital Product ExcellenceDefine, monitor, and achieve DPE program success and value metrics (e.g., mobilization targets, business value delivery, throughput, employee health)Operationalize and lead an EPM Center of Excellence (CoE) and Community of Practice to (CoP) to facilitate knowledge sharing and adoption of Product Management best practices at scaleServe as Coach of Coaches to ensure DPE model and adoption is consistent across product groups and teams by providing subject matter expertise and advisement to team of CoachesBuild and maintain repository of EPM assets and resources (e.g., an interactive playbook, training material, recommended Product Management tools and templates)Own ongoing evolution of Digital Product Portfolio and target state operating modelResponsible for DPE program governance structure and communication strategy (e.g., Steering Committee meetings, DLT communications)Provide continuous, distinctive support for Pfizer Digital teams by building the capabilities, systems and processes needed both to deliver bottom line results and to ensure that these outcomes will be sustainedIdentify and anticipate implementation challenges and develop practical recommendations with a disciplined eye on impact and sustainability at every stage of the program lifecycleDefines and leads complex projects and programs from strategy and planning through execution with minimal supervision, including tracking metrics, handling complex analyses, and preparing communications to leadershipPromote innovation through delivery of organizational effectiveness and change management, working from a holistic perspective with all the areas and processes of the organization to adapt operations as neededBASIC QUALIFICATIONSMinimum of Bachelor's degree in computer science, life sciences or a related discipline10+ years of digital product management, business analysis, coaching or related experienceChange agent able to influence, provide guidance, strategic assistance and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and leadersExercises foresight and judgment in making complex decisionsAbility to navigate through organizational complexity to get the work done and deliver impactExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills and ability to facilitate workshops and learning sessionsExperience using collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Miro, SharePoint, JIRA, MS Office)PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience leading transformational initiatives in large-scale life sciences organizationsExperience in developing and implementing software and data systems for the life sciencesExperience with product management principles and practices as part of or leading multiple product for Job: 12/7/2022For roles based in New York City: The annual base salary for this position ranges from $139,300.00 to $232,200.00. In addition, this position offers an annual bonus with a target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
