Vice President Clinical Operations Regular Full-Time Westminster, CO, US 14 days ago Requisition ID: 2101 Salary Range: $160,000.00 To 160,000.00 Annually The Vice President of Clinical Operations ("VP") is an integral member of Community Reach Center's - Intensive Services -("Division") Division. The VP will oversee the clinical functions and service delivery of clinical programs, while providing expertise and programmatic consultation and oversite to department directors and management. Additionally, the VP will have other duties and responsibilities as determined from time to time by the Chief Operating Officer. - Essential Functions:

  • Planning, developing, and implementing strategic decision to meet organizational objectives.
  • Provides clinical expertise, oversight, initiative, leadership, and programmatic consultation to promote high quality clinical care and evidence-based practices
  • Collaborate with leadership and management teams to develop and implement new policies and/or improvements to ensure successful integration between medical and clinical/administrative issues throughout the agency.
  • Ensures provider adherence to clinical, Federal, and State requirements, in addition to ensuring accreditation standards, as applicable.
  • Provides administrative and clinical supervision to Clinical directors.
  • Oversees the implementation of all programs provided under the auspices of the Clinical Divisions and continuous process improvement for all new services. -
  • Motivates and leads a high-performance team; attract and retain talented team members; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to leadership of direct reports.
  • Fosters a cooperative and harmonious working climate conduce to maximize employee morale and productivity.
  • Conducts site evaluations at all of the locations. Qualifications: The successful candidate should have a combination of demonstrated experience and education that is equivalent to 12 years in community health or behavioral health care
    • Requires a master's degree in Psychology, Social Work or other related field and have a LCSW/ LPC/ LMFT/ LP. -
    • Requires five (5) years of experience building, managing, and developing high performing teams.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Previous experience in community mental health care organization is preferred. Physical Requirements:
      • Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach -
      • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
      • Light to moderate lifting is required,
      • Regular, predictable attendance is required. All persons offered a position will be required to provide valid proof of vaccination prior to starting employment.
