Job Description:
The Learning & Change Partner is responsible for the strategy
and execution of organizational change, communication and future of
work initiatives to create a culture of innovation and flexibility,
in pursuit of the development of a high performing team.
Working Location: This position can be based anywhere in the
Continental US and will require up to 25% travel.
Primary Job Accountabilities:
Organizational Change Management
* Provide change management leadership in the delivery and
execution of change programs across the company, consulting and
coaching in all areas of the change management process - impact
assessment, change heat maps, resistance planning, stakeholder
engagement and implementation planning
* Partner with leaders and employees across all areas of the
business to understand, plan and implement change that drives
success against organization goals in combination with a highly
engaging employee experience that promotes ongoing engagement in
change and corporate strategic direction
* Build change management capability across all levels of the
organization
* Maintain a portfolio view of change management to ensure impacts,
interdependencies and prioritization of change is understood and
managed effectively to minimize change saturation and enhance
success of change initiatives
* Develop change delivery plans that maximize employee adoption and
minimize resistance
* Ensure the return on investment for change projects is
measurable, reported against and achieved as it relates to business
change initiatives in order to demonstrate the value and success of
change and investments across the business
* Implement and streamline change management processes utilizing
systems, templates, and automation
Communications Management
* Responsible for organization-wide communication strategy,
development and execution
* Partner with leaders and employees to develop employee
communications that are engaging, clear and effectively distil
complex and big picture information into digestible content
* Develop, measure and enhance company communication tools and
channels through processes and automation to ensure that the right
message is shared with the right group of people, at the right
time, to create a powerful and engaging communication strategy in
support of company strategy and focus
Future of Work & Employee Experience Innovation
* Design, develop and implement company-wide initiatives in
partnership with all teams and leaders to create a culture of
innovation, inclusion and energy that ensures we continue to offer
a rewarding employee value proposition and stay competitive in a
rapidly evolving market.
* Analyze and adapt individual and team ways of working to create a
high performing A team that works autonomously, with intent while
encouraging flexibility and adaptability in all areas of the
business through the implementation of team playbooks, leadership
and management skills development and individual communication
skills
* Understand and evolve company-wide ways of working practices in
line with company strategy to ensure that innovative and rewarding
experiences are key engagement points for employees
* Partner with HR Business Partners to ideate and deploy
experimental approaches to ways of working and inter-team
communication - measuring, learning from and adapting the behaviors
and skills we need to adapt our people and processes seamlessly to
the future needs of the organization
* Partner with HR Business Partners and broader HR team to create
and connect our internal 'brand' for our employee experience and
culture through all initiatives.
Education, Requirements & Competencies:
Minimum Qualifications:
* 5+ years professional level experience in change management and
demonstrated 2-3 years' experience in leading organization-wide
change initiatives
* Degree or equivalent work experience, or formal qualification in
change management discipline such as PROSCI
* Leadership of major projects requiring change management (upward
of $1 million dollars)
* Experience in developing and implementing company-wide change
strategies
* Excellent stakeholder management skills in managing diverse
stakeholders at all levels within the organization
* Ability to travel up to 25%
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proven hands-on change delivery experience using change
management methodologies and tools that are robust and
fit-for-purpose
* Adept at delivering executive level presentations
* Superior communication and delivery skills enabling you to
influence and establish credibility with stakeholders
* Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively in fast paced, high-growth, ambiguous
and challenging environments
* Proficient at prioritizing and managing a diverse workload of
projects and initiatives
* Results-driven team player who thrives on working with others to
solve complex challenges - particularly across diverse business
locations
* Professional, pragmatic and customer focused
