You'll receive respect, kindness, and support from every direction while you figure out how to get it all done.ABOUT THE ROLEAs Biofire's VP of Brand, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Biofire's company-wide brand strategy from the ground up, enabling potential customers to understand and experience our safety-focused mission and products clearly and consistently across every interaction. You will build and lead a team to design, implement, and continuously improve marketing initiatives, partnerships, digital strategy, and in person engagement while helping the company maintain brand consistency across its offerings and operations. To succeed you will need to bring creative vision and operational excellence in equal measure, along with a proven ability to lead teams to achieve ambitious objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDay to day responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Defining and implementing a brand strategy for Biofire that enables the company to achieve its ambitious mission;
  • Building and leading a team of customer-obsessed brand, marketing, digital, and engagement professionals to deliver a world-class brand experience in every engagement with the company;
  • Developing, operationalizing, and achieving key success metrics for Biofire's brand and marketing organization, helping the company scale through hyper-growth;
  • Deeply understanding Biofire's current and future customers through quantitative and qualitative analysis;
  • Creating systems for rapid feedback and iteration to continuously improve the brand and team operational effectiveness.COMPENSATION, BENEFITS & PERKSWe'll need you to bring your very best, so we give you what you need to do a great job.
