Nature of Work:Responsible for building, executing & maintain strategic business partnerships that directly impact the Ball Arena, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche, Colorado Mammoth and Colorado Rapids Partnership Marketing & Media Sales renewal and revenue goals.Works closely with the Leadership Team on building a positive sales culture within the department, emphasizing relationships, revenue and rewards with our colleagues and throughout KSE.Examples of work performed:Works directly with key KSE global partners on strategic execution and implementation of all contractual assets including but not limited to, in-market and in-arena activations, digital & social media campaigns, hospitality & community programs etc.Support the Executive Director of Partnership Marketing Activation in strategically driving the business as it relates to activation budget, renewal strategy, staffing, inventory management, departmental processes and proceduresLead a small Activation Team overseeing the strategy, execution and planning of all assigned accounts within that teamOversees timesheet approval process as well as, holiday, personal time off and sick day requests for immediate direct reportsCollaborates with Sales team on strategic campaigns that are aligned with the client's business and marketing objectivesResponsible for executing season end recap presentations, including ROI statistics, imagery, video etc.Leads recommendation on partner renewal strategies based on best practices, season successes and areas of opportunityPartners with numerous internal departments such as game entertainment, facilities, marketing, creative services, community relations, ticket sales etc. as part of the fulfillment processExecutes and delegates game day responsibilities as neededThis description is a summary only and is describing the general level of work being performed, it is not intended to be all-inclusive.
