Job DescriptionWe are looking for a full-time/perm Manager, Data
Acquisition for a hybrid position in Louisville, CO (onsite 2
days/week) for our client, a health care software-as-a-service
company. They have a collaborative team, great benefits, good
work/life balance, and stability. We cannot work 3rd parties, C2C,
or provide visa sponsorship at this time and local Denver-area
candidates onlyThe Manager, Data Acquisition is responsible for the
day-to-day management of a technical development team. Working
closely with Product and other Development teams, this role
executes the companys technical, architectural, and commercial
product initiatives.As a Manager on the Data Acquisition Team, you
will beleading a team of software engineers working on a selective
initiative related to the Fusion Platform.Data Acquisition
(formerly Enterprise Integration) has been set up to have a
singular focus; responsibility for the development of technology
products for all Ingress and Egress of data to and from. Key
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Development, Product, and
Architecture teams to: Plan and execute the timely release process
for deliverables with all stakeholders including necessary
communication Build and evolve the technical Development team,
ensuring the capability to support roadmap requirements Establish
roadmaps and resourcing needs Establish Development best practices
and procedures; identify and resolve problem areas Socialize and
educate the organization on new frameworks, processes, and
solutions Oversee the development and implementation of innovative
and creative solutions Establish and maintain strong relationships
with domains internal and external user base Meet audit,
compliance, and availability standards Key Duties Specify and scope
product features and define acceptance criteria Assess risks and
dependencies and identify mitigation strategies Participate in
department-wide special projects, including coordination activities
to resolve broad issues or challenges Employ Agile development
methodologies for software development activities Manage and
coordinate technical dependencies with other teams Coordinate
incident response for the team, including the coverage and
technical response to the issue Hire, train, guide, and coach team
members Other duties as assigned Key Competencies Engineering
background, including the ability to understand technical
architecture and implementation at the code level Thorough
understanding of, and support for, Agile development methodologies
Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects Ability to
effectively communicate across organizational levels and with a
variety of stakeholders, including the ability to communicate
technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences Ability
to think strategically Ability to make difficult decisions and to
drive decisions into actuality Ability to understand and
effectively explain up and downstream product, team, and
organizational impacts Ability to constructively challenge the
status quo and to iterate and improve across multiple business
domains Ability to adapt to changing conditions and lead others
through change Leadership and mentoring skills including the

a catalyst for success Demonstrate emotional maturity and a
positive outlook. Demonstrated analytical, organizational,
prioritization, and time management skills Ability and willingness
to travel to remote offices and partners, including international
travel for up to 4 weeks per year Required Education,
Certifications, and Experience B.S. in Computer Science or related
degree, or a combination of education and related experience. 3+
years of prior software development management experience 7+ years
of prior software development experience Experience leading teams
who produce high-quality deliverables Experience working with an
international development team (e.g., internal remote offices or
outsourcing partners) Experience with Agile development processes
Experience and ability to lead and mentor a team of software
engineers building applications using Angular, Java/JEE, and AWS
environment. Preferred Qualifications AWS Certifications (Developer
or Solutions Architect) Experience with building and managing
applications in Java/JEE Experience building and maintaining
production systems within the AWS ecosystemSalary - $120 - 157k
