    We are currently looking for a Digital Client Experience Associate Manager to join us.
    As an Associate Manager, Digital Client Experience, you will be responsible for supporting the workflow of digital deliverables for our clients, including managing timelines, budgets and communication. This involves collaborating with team members across departments to ensure the successful delivery of assignments in partnership with a Digital Client Experience (DCX) project lead. This role will help you build an understanding of digital best practices, branding and client relationship management in a fast-paced, experience-driven agency.
    In this role, you can expect to:
    • Maintain timely and effective communication within and across teams, as well as with assigned clients
    • Act as the internal point of contact for client related development tickets
    • Help to manage workstreams, timelines and deliverables against scopes
    • Collaborate with cross-functional team members, ensuring projects get delivered on time and on budget
    • Stay on top of your to do list, taking ownership of and following through on tasks and requests
    • Seek to understand clients' circumstances, decision making and challenges, and how our work relates to them
    • Gain knowledge of digital principles and best practices, while learning how to apply those principles to project approaches and creative thinking around deliverables
    • Jump in to support team members across disciplines to ensure we deliver on commitments made
    • Proactively participate in meetings and brainstorms, sharing your perspective and ideas
      Job Requirements
      The Requirements:
      • 2+ years of experience in project and/or account management
      • Knowledge of and interest in digital process, systems and tools
      • Experience in content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
      • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Salary range: $55,000 - 65,000 (Denver area)
        • Final salary will be determined based on seniority, merit, geographic location, education, training and experience, and may vary from the amount listed above. Our people take care of us, so we take care of our people. Enjoy:
