The Director of Regional Sales will play a critical role in driving growth for FRONTSTEPS as a sales leader for our Field sales initiatives. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer and working closely with the senior leadership team including the CEO, CTO, CPO, and COO, the ideal candidate for this role will be highly energetic and metrics driven with a proven track record of building high performing sales teams and driving inside sales growth. In this role you will be focused on driving new business and expanding our sales within the existing base.

All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

REMOTE OPPORTUNITYThis role is eligible for remote work in Dallas, Miami, Phoenix, Charlotte, or Atlanta. If you are not located in or able to work from one of these cities, we will not be able to consider you for this position.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Motivate and develop outside sales reps and drive their daily performance and activity through day-to-day activity and performance metrics
  • Create, develop, and manage territories across hunters, farmers, and account development roles
  • Think strategically about the business and work constructively with the FRONTSTEPS leadership team to create winning sales plans
  • Travel up to 25% of the time meeting with prospects and customers
  • Performs other duties as requestedTECHNICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
    • BA/BS or Associates Degree + 2 years of equivalent work experience
    • 10+ years leading a sales team with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets for a technology company
    • Sales technology proficiencies including Salesforce and OutReach
    • Software as a Service (SaaS) experience (ideally with SMB and Mid-Size enterprises) preferred
    • Experience in the Property Management, Payments or HOA industries preferred
    • Salesforce.com expertise creating and running reports, dashboards and forecast metrics preferred
    • High attention to detail
    • Skilled at exercising judgment and working independently
    • Capable of handling shifting priorities / change management
