a qualified Sales Enablement Platform Manager to join our team. In
this role you will administer and manage learning and content
enablement tools ensuring Dynatrace is using our new Revenue
Enablement System (Highspot) to its fullest potential. This role
will guide content creators in leveraging platform capabilities for
immersive content and an engaging learning experience to enhance
seller effectiveness. Working closely with product marketing, sales
enablement, and sales leadership, this unique position will drive
transformation in delivering impactful and innovative experiences
across our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This role is key in ensuring
the Sales Enablement team moves toward a scalable, self-service and
technology-driven content management and learning strategy. To be
successful, the ideal candidate must have strong organizational
skills, decision-making ability, and experience with internal
customer service. We are looking for someone to: Collaborate
cross-functionally with GTM teams to prioritize, manage, and
maintain relevant content and learning materials Turn our strategy
of providing sellers with sales content to learn, compete, and
engage with their customers into action Manage and curate the sales
content repository ensuring all information is easily and readily
available to sales reps according to the selling scenario they
encounter Develop easily digestible multimedia content tailored to
stakeholder needs to ensure engaging learning experiences and
content that is aligned with market positioning and messaging
Evaluate content effectiveness through analytics and work with
content owners to refine, improve performance, and ensure selling
objectives are met Drive overall plan for sales enablement
platform, managing and reporting metrics on all programs to measure
productivity and success. Collaborate with instructional designers
to explore and utilize various functions and potentials of sales
enablement platform. Utilize field feedback to identify, recommend,
and execute on continuous improvements to systems, processes, and
sales tools to enhance seller experience Create standard procedures
and documentation with use cases and best practices. Qualifications
Experience implementing sales enablement technology (Training
tools, LMS, Content Management systems such as Highspot, Showpad,
Seismic, MindTickle etc.) 3-7 years of sales enablement, product
marketing, and/or sales operations experience for enterprise
organization. Strong understanding of the content creation,
management, and distribution process. Effective collaborator and
team player, able to inspire broad set of key contributors to work
in partnership without direct authority. Ability to confidently
present and interact with executives and other senior leaders to
influence and gain support, input, and approvals. Willingness to
embrace a growth mindset, experiment, and be curious to learn new
things. Proven abilities to demonstrate versatility and juggle
different projects, timelines and effectively drive change
management. Ability to lead and drive innovation from concept to
execution. Clear and persuasive communication skills, both written
