In this position, you will help us to create a world where people

Sales Rep/Account Manager is responsible for developing new
customer relationships, developing new accounts, and growing
existing business relationships within a dedicated sales territory.
The Sales Rep/Account Manager works closely with the Branch Manager
to understand clients' pest management challenges, offer industry
leading pest management techniques, and identify opportunities to
deliver results-driven customer solutions.

Base salary + commission & bonuses (On Target first year earnings
range from $80,000 to $100,000)

Base Salary + Uncapped Earning Potential: Annual salary range
$50,000-55,000, depending on experience, plus sales commissions and
Health Insurance: Choose between 2 medical plans, both with Medical

401K Plan: 4.5% matching if you contribute 6%. 100% matching up to
3% then 50% matching up to 6%.

Build long lasting relationships with clients by maintaining

Foster customer loyalty by delivering pest control solutions
according to local regulations and company protocols related to
pesticide application and pest management
Develop valuable relationships with customers, delivering
first-class customer service in every interaction.
Build strong internal relationships with operations, marketing, and
other corporate departments
Represent the Sprague brand by driving a company vehicle from home,
work, and client locations or at trade shows
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Covid-19 Vaccination (required)
2+ years' proven success in Business-to-Business or related sales
Proficiency in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform
such as Microsoft Dynamic or Salesforce (required)
Proficiency using PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
