We're looking for a Sales Operations Manager who has experience
working cross-functionally with support, marketing, sales and ops
teams to make processes more efficient. This is a role for someone
who is highly organized and who thrives when creating systems,
documentation and tools to improve the outcomes of customers and
internal team members. This person should have past experience
developing custom workflows in a CRM, and resolving any technical
issues that may arise.
The Sales Operations Manager will become the person that everyone
trusts to bring the best solutions to the table because they
demonstrate their expertise and seek evidence and understanding
before recommending a path forward.
In this role, you'll:
Project manage cross-functional and operational initiatives and
support projects, teams, tooling, and processes through iteration
Become an expert in our CRM (HubSpot) building out workflows and
improving processes to enable Nomad teams
Field and resolve any technical workflow issues raised by our
Analyze risk and test functionality of any new automations
Maintain training and documentation on all Ops related automations
and workflows - primarily in our CRM
Coordinate short and long term projects, enforcing project
timelines and supporting team members to deliver
Monitor and maintain metrics on automation runs, effectiveness, and
backlog and report outcomes to the leadership team
Support new software implementations, solutions design,
integrations and custom development as needed
Plan and execute on projects in collaboration with the Customer
Success, Sales, and Field Op teams
We're looking for people who bring the following:
Education & Roles: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in
similar project/sales operation management roles
Tool & Technologies:
Experience working with CRMs such as Salesforce, Zendesk, or
Experience with project management tools such as Jira or Asana
Familiarity with AppFolio preferred
Teams & Environments: Experience being the "one and only" project
manager in environments with ambiguity and growth while working
cross-functionally with a broad range of internal and external
Skills & Capabilities:
Expertise in a variety of project management methodologies and the
ability to bring the right approach to a specific situation
Exceptional communication skills paired with intuitive and
consultative problem solving skills to align diverse priorities
into an actionable workplan
Experience operating autonomously while testing new approaches,
learning and iterating toward better solution
Interests & Motivations:
The curiosity to constantly ask questions and experience using
analytical approaches to develop, measure and evolve processes
The ability to learn quickly, adapt and take initiative in a
fast-paced and constantly changing environment
Open to working some weekends and evenings
Total compensation for this role is market driven, including a base
salary range of $75,000-110,000 (based on qualifications).
