Summary: Integral member of the Sales Team accountable for building and growing eCommerce business. Work closely with the Director of eCommerce, VP of Sales, IT, and the Brand & Creative team to execute and support growth plans. This role will impact the company's growth strategy on all marketplaces, working at both the strategic level (new marketplace development, generating bold and innovative ideas for growth) and at the tactical level (managing campaigns with site merchandising tools, analyzing traffic data, and solving problems). The position requires a deep understanding of the top platforms and the knowledge to execute strategies based on best practices. The ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of the company needed to support this business unit is key to the success of the position. Responsibilities:

  • Account Management of key eCommerce partners & marketplaces
  • Use data, information systems, and metrics around financial, brand and shopper trends to gain market share, while increasing sales and profitability
  • Research and identify new eCommerce opportunities and trends for business growth
  • Identify product needs and execute product implementation
  • Experience creating, implementing, and optimizing digital campaigns
  • Demonstrated understanding of 3rd party agency management
  • Track and respond to sales activity
  • Contribute to the future development of products designed specifically to support online business
  • Operating with excellence - create and help scale best-in-class efficient workflows, processes, and timelines, embedding operational excellence into our culture
  • Provide a higher order of thinking of how to drive our brands (Digital Shelf, Product Detail Pages, Content Management, Search, Ratings and Reviews, Site Experience, Digital Demand Creation, Supply Chain) Requirements:
    • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of successful business development, account management or marketing experience in an eCommerce channel sales-based organization SEO/SEM and digital marketing experience
    • Thorough knowledge of the Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, AMS, Walmart Supplier Center, Retail Link, WMG, Home Depot Supplier Hub, PromoteIQ, eBay & EDI/API
    • Thorough understanding of all Amazon, Walmart, and Home Depot promotional and marketing tools
    • Experience executing direct import, warehouse, and DTC programs
    • Knowledge of web analytics, site performance, SEO, search relevance, and user experience
    • Ability to gather and analyze data efficiently to increase online sales
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites, proficient with Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
    • Experience using Magento 2.0
    • Ability to travel and attend trade shows or customer events as required
    • Creative and entrepreneurial thinker with Consumer product experience
    • Business to Business experience focused on eCommerce, online marketing, campaign development and management and customer acquisition and retention
    • Demonstrated analytical capabilities including the ability to analyze and report on eCommerce data and understand eCommerce terminology
    • Experience using analytics solutions and customer resource management systems
    • Up to date with latest web trends, techniques, and eCommerce technologies What you get:
