La Diabla is a new concept looking for passionate hospitality
professionals to join our team. Specializing in pozole and mezcal,
located off Larimer street between the Ballpark neighborhood and
the Rino district, we are excited to bring a traditional Mexican
experience to the heart of the city.
Chef/ Owner Jose Avila is not someone to do things the easy way,
just to help his costs. He believes that using traditional and
sometimes more time-consuming techniques are necessary to make an
authentic and high-quality, one of a kind product. Along with La
Diabla, Chef Jose owns and operates our sister food truck X'tabai
along with creating and using the only Hoya in Denver to cook whole
animals overnight in the brick lined underground oven.
Candidates must have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn
and thrive in a team work/ fast paced environment. Reliability is
key, along with sharing a passion for hospitality.
Spanish speaking is required
