85SIXTY is seeking a highly-motivated Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Specialist to manage our clients' paid search campaigns. The specialist will work closely with clients, agency management, as well as media vendors including, Google, Yahoo, Amazon, and Microsoft, to plan, execute and optimize large scale SEM programs. The Specialist will research keywords, upload/download data, build paid campaigns across multiple search engines, execute tests and optimize campaigns, write ad copy, build reports, and contribute to profitable revenue growth. The Specialist will also be responsible for working with other team members on organic search opportunities, holistic media planning, user experience optimization, analytics, and overall marketing strategy.

85SIXTY has offices in San Diego and Denver. However we are currently working remotely. This position can be remote.

Responsibilities:
Assist clients and account strategists in determining the role of PPC in achieving client objectives. Design strategies and tactics for PPC channels.
Create and manage paid search campaigns for clients across multiple search engines.
Optimize bids, ad copy, and landing pages to drive consistent improvement against multiple KPI's (CTR, CPC, ROAS, ROI, CPL, CPI, CPA).
Manage data feeds to dynamically effect product keywords based on availability
Create, manage, and optimize Shopping Ads (PLA's)
Build and manage campaigns on Amazon Marketing Services (AMS).
Build and optimize campaigns on Google Display Network and YouTube.
Monitor & adjust spend in real-time, 24/7 keyword auction to stay within budget
Report & analyze program performance and present to management
Research keywords
Write and test ad copy to drive highest CTR and conversion rate
Build Excel-based reports
Run A/B split tests for landing pages, products, and ad copy.
Collaborate with organic search team to identify synergistic opportunities for search.
Work closely with vendors and media companies including Google, Amazon, Yahoo, and Microsoft
Keep current in latest trends in online marketing and test new offerings/technologies where appropriate
Collaborate with other members of the paid media team to develop full-funnel multi-channel digital marketing plans.
Create reports and present updates to clients including both historical performance as well as planned optimizations.
Assist in new business development, client decks, and other agency projects.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience managing pay-per-click (PPC) search engine marketing in highly competitive industries.
Experience with AdWords & AdCenter. AdWords Certificates are required.
Experience with bid automation tools (Kenshoo, Marin, DoubleClick Search)
Proficient with Google Analytics. GA Certificate preferred
Enthusiasm for search engine marketing and willingness to learn and grow
Knowledge of the broader digital marketing ecosystem including 3rd party ad servers and programmatic media buying.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work in cross functional team
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Exceptional Excel skills.
