This role is focused on Community Intelligence, our unique market-leading capability that uses anonymized and aggregated customer data to drive AI-based prescriptive insights across our platform. Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of key personas, use cases, and value drivers for Coupa products and how Community Intelligence amplifies that value
  • Develop clear, concise, and compelling positioning and messaging for Community Intelligence
  • Enable Sales and Customer Value Services organizations to effectively understand and articulate the value of Coupa's Community Intelligence capabilities
  • Develop and deliver insightful market and competitive intelligence
  • Work closely with the segment marketing, corporate marketing, sales, and demand generation teams to ensure Community Intelligence is woven into our awareness, pipeline-building, and revenue acceleration efforts
  • Partner with Product Management to help shape product roadmap and vision
  • Partner closely with our Customer Value Services organization to ensure product adoption and value delivery that leads to customer advocates
  • Work with successful customers to create a compelling narrative in the market around community intelligence, centered on the value to our customers
  • Evangelize the Coupa story by delivering compelling presentations at live and virtual events
    Requirements:

    Preferred:
  • MBA a strong plus
  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce.com ) a plus
