Opportunity.Create.Publishing.ThirdPartyJobBoards.MoreInfoModal.Title OpportunityDetail.CompanyInformation.Locations The HR Director, Business Partner at RE/MAX will lead and consult on all human capital issues for RE/MAX, LLC shared services groups including IT, Finance and Legal. The position will report to the SVP of Human Resources at RE/MAX Headquarters in Denver, CO and will be hybrid role.

  • Works with COO and CFO to create and deliver on its full cycle people strategy including
  • Creating and deploying an overall people strategy in context of our values to build strong, inclusive organization to recruit, retain and engage top talent
  • Providing guidance to leadership and management on talent, workforce planning and departmental career growth
  • Creating talent acquisition strategy and work with shared services recruiting management to execute
  • Managing overall development planning and tracking of high potential employees
  • Recommending reward structures based on department goals and metrics
  • Coaching management to manage Employee Relations issues appropriately
  • Guiding Performance Management process for the group
  • Champion cultural initiatives to ensure an inclusive environment and advance engagement
  • Study organizational assessments and drafts organizational responses to mitigate risks
  • Preparing departmental reporting and presentations to aid in decision making, consistency and better human capital decisions Position Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent with emphasis in HR or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
    • 7 years progressive Human Resources leadership or equivalent experience required
    • Understanding of Franchising Organization preferred $90,000 - $110,000 Actual compensation offered to candidate will be finalized at offer and may be above or below the posted range due to skill level, experience, industry specific knowledge, education/certifications, or geographic location. The offer rate represents one component of the RE/MAX Holdings total compensation package. Employees will also receive a number of benefits as listed below.
