Job Description:

Software Engineering ManagerRed Robin is looking for an experienced Manager, Software Engineering -Marketing Technology to help us lead the next generation of digital guest experience and marketing technology at Red Robin. This team is responsible for development and maintenance of the enterprise Salesforce systems, loyalty platform and consumer-oriented microservices.In this position, the candidate will lead technical solutions, represent technology insights, and guide CDP and CRM technical best practices. This leader is responsible for managing and coordinating processes to deliver releases while leading a team of administrators and developers that design, architect, and implement enterprise Salesforce products and enhancements. We have an exciting roadmap of new features to deliver over the next few years including an enhanced digital experience, new loyalty platform and expanding our SalesForce suite.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to plan and execute projects by ensuring the team has appropriate functional and technical specificationsEnhance and support the marketing technology stack used by Red RobinContribute to software builds, deployment strategies, code reviews and software recommendationsProvide leadership and guidance to motivate and mentor team members to their optimum performance and career developmentDesign, execute, and maintain enterprise Salesforce applications including Service Cloud and Marketing CloudCommunicate concepts, architectures and solution approach options through effective diagrams and documentationEnsure that deployments are accurate and proper required documentation is implementedRepresent the team to engineering groups internally and partner organizationsUnderstand software engineering SDLC best practices and strive for continuous deliveryInterface with external partners, application users and other technical and support personnel to produce high quality software that meets stakeholder needs, delivers value for the enterprise, and most importantly ensures a successful launch every timeCreate artifacts that improve and accelerate other development efforts (e.g., unit tests, documentation)Stay current with new Salesforce practices and technology that will support the ongoing quality, growth, and objectives of the platformsContinuous learning in the MarTech space with an understanding of basic CRM operations, loyalty platforms, consumer-facing solutions, etc.Multitask across multiple projectsMust be data savvy and be able to provide insight and guidance to data integration needs/capabilities and organize data to be more contextual and actionable as it pertains to MarTech productsLeverage industry best practices and design patterns to modernize, enhance and integrate systems and applicationsOther duties as assignedQualifications:3 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud3+ years of proven experience leading teamsExperience coding integrations using Salesforce APIExperience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practicesExperience in marketing customer data modelsKnowledge of CRM and loyalty programsFamiliarity with APEX, Visualforce, and Lightning web componentsExperience with Salesforce integrationsExperience with RESTful API design and architectureUnderstanding of AMPScript and SQLCertifications within the Salesforce ecosystem a plusExperience working in Scrum and/or other Agile methodologies using JIRAGood written and verbal skillsGood interpersonal communication skills to work with Product on requirementsGood analytical and troubleshooting skills as it relates to the interoperability of new and existing solutionsHands-on experience in multiple disparate technologies.Benefits:Eligible for an annual bonusPaid time off and holidaysHealth, vision, dental, life insurance plans, and discounts401(k) savings plan plus a company match with immediate vestingEligible to participate in the employee stock purchase plan after 1 year of continuous employmentDiscounts on Red Robin foodCompensation Range: $113,300.00 - $155,825.00Red Robin is an Equal Opportunity & E-Verify Employer#rrsoftwareengineeringmanager #date110221
