Job Description:

We are looking for a VP or Director of Customer Success to help us bring AI to supply chains in the world's largest companies. You'll foster relationships with drivers and small trucking businesses, help them learn and develop confidence with our platform, and turn them into advocates for Company. By working with our operations and engineering teams, you'll develop tech-enabled onboarding, training, and retention strategies. We will expect you to contribute in thought leadership to support the overall company growth strategy.Responsibilities* Create, implement, and lead a best-in-class Customer Success division with a focus on customer satisfaction, education, and retention* Develop a Mission and Vision for the Customer Success organization* Research, select and implement a customer service software that meets the needs of the business and can be integrated into the existing software platform* Develop and implement training programs, operating guidelines, reporting and customer success analytics to drive insights to improve the business and software application* Define KPIs and Success Metrics such as CSAT, NPS and TAT necessary to measure and improve Customer Success* Hire, Train and Manage a team of High Quality Customer Success SpecialistsRequirements* 5+ years of experience in leading a Customer Success division* Prior CS leadership in freight and carrier operations highly preferred* Experience as a leader with Enterprise B2B SaaS companies* Prior experience working in a fast growth tech startup environment preferred
