We're looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join our team.--This is a fully remote / work-from-home role, preferably based in Austin, Texas, Denver, Colorado, or Minneapolis, Minnesota.The Account Manager is responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer experience within a portfolio of assigned accounts. Serving as the primary point of contact for our customers, the Account Manager is passionate about helping our customers realize their desired business outcomes while deepening and expanding the customer relationship and growing our revenue base.Responsibilities:* Lead, drive, and manage change within customer organizations* Serve as a credible advisor and advocate for customers' executive sponsor(s)* Oversee implementations and ensure a seamless transition from pre- to post-sales* Remove adoption roadblocks to utilize the Tethr software platform* Monitor Tethr platform usage and identify "early warning signs" of engagement and utilization issues* Ability to create and execute Customer Action Plans that guide value realization through the Tethr platform across users, stakeholders, and sponsors* Partner with Product to execute the Customer Action Plan, including QBRs* Ensure alignment of value delivery to identified business objectives through the proactive push of insights, content, and best practices* Manage and own primary customer communications* Identification of up-sell and cross-sell opportunities* Maintain in-depth knowledge of key existing Tethr features, best practices, and industry trends to consult and support customers* Ability to accurately forecast and drive renewal process from proposal to executed contract* Oversee customer experience from implementation to renewal* Educate and evangelize platforms to new contacts within accounts, working with sales team for product demos and introduction of additional volume opportunities and use cases* Establish and manage client expectations in alignment with established service levels for products and services purchased Qualifications:* Minimum of 5 years of quota-carrying enterprise sales, account management, or CSM experience in a B2B SaaS company is required* Prior start-up experience preferred* Strong project and program management skills; proven track record of achieving results through cross-functional collaboration and coordination* Effective communication skills; strong presentation skills* Executive presence; comfortable scaling throughout the organization* Salesforce.com experience* Dynamic, adaptable, and proactive with an entrepreneurial spirit* Bachelor's degree requiredWhat we offer:* Competitive compensation* 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees * Stock options* 401k plan* Unlimited PTO* Paid parental leaveAt Tethr, we only hire people who enhance our culture and take pride in being a part of our amazing team.--Our core values are centered on listening and being heard, and we are committed to building a diverse, equitable, and inclusive culture.--All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status, or any other category protected by law.
