At Lunchbox Technologies, we build omnichannel solutions for restaurant groups, facilitating their ability to break dependency on third-party delivery services.Our proprietary technology is redefining the digital restaurant experience by providing restaurateurs a SaaS solution consisting of tools to build and manage their personalized loyalty programs, user experience and digital ordering solutions via Mobile, Web, and Kiosk.Lunchbox clients experience an increase in sales, customer loyalty, control over their digital properties while avoiding the 20-30% commission fees collected by third-party delivery services.Example of day-to-day:* Work alongside the brand marketing team to launch and strategize* Create and launch content across social channels* Ensure social content is active and followers are engaged* Develop weekly reports that track content effectiveness* Have a beat on the latest breaking news in the industry as well as in generalHow You'll Make An Impact* Create and own a social calendar and its content strategy* Encourage engagement across social content and channels* Develop powerful copy content that defines the Lunchbox brand voice* Identify, deploy, and manage internal and external systems to track community activity, sentiment, and the effectiveness* Possess an understanding of social platforms and algorithms that affect day-to-day publishing and content strategy* Launch community strategies that drive consistent follower growth and engagement* Create a strong social strategy plan that can be used internally for both, other employees as well as brand channelsAbout You:* 1-3 years of experience in social media * Strong understanding of developing brand tone and voice* Enjoys working in a fast-paced and creative environment* Strong storytelling abilities* Understanding of both B2B and B2C content strategy* Ability to communicate thoughtfully, expertly, and engagingly across a variety of social platforms* A master at Twitter, Linkedin and Instagram * Organized and thorough, providing content calendars and scheduling for all postsWhy Lunchbox?* Opportunity to work with a welcoming, collaborative and passionate team* Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental vision)* Stock options* WFH stipend, Monthly Wellness allowance, LUNCHBOX MerchandiseLunchbox is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
