Focus on regulation, policy and planning related to the development and implementation of products and services linked to clean and electric transportation. This will include regulatory filings and approvals ensuring that resources meet the demands of customers and goals for growth through the development and delivery of existing and new products and services. Manage a team related to these efforts.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing and applying strategic leadership in regulatory and policy strategy around clean and electric transportation, including of new products and services for customers that align with the Company's vision. Responsible for leading the development of sound regulatory and policy constructs that help meet product growth, profitability and customer service targets. Works closely with the operating companies and policy teams.
• Direct the investigation and research of new policies and regulatory trends as well as product concepts to evaluate whether they should be pursued and/or developed to meet strategic segment requirements. Act as company witness, as needed, in regulatory dockets.
• Direct development of long-term goals through planning related to the Company's electric transportation vision by incorporating market potential assessment analysis and knowledge of market barriers, costs and relevant policy and regulatory frameworks and options. Work closely with various marketing managers as well as other managers to integrate efforts within the development process and existing product support.
• Responsible for daily management activities including hiring, developing, coaching/counseling, administering discipline, establishing key performance measures, terminating, making pay decisions and budgeting.
• MBA preferred.
• Six years of related business experience, including utility regulatory experience.
• Five years of management experience or the equivalent.
• Experience building strategic policy plans within regulated environments.
• Skills sought are communication of complex and advanced strategies, comprehensive budgeting and planning, product development, sound business judgment, excellent communication skills, problem resolution and proven results. Preferred
