Company has an immediate opening for a Chief Information Officer
(CIO), to be based at our global headquarters in Denver, Colorado.

responsible for the establishment and execution of enterprise wide
technology strategy and operations in alignment with Company'
business objectives, ensuring the delivery of IT capabilities
required to enable maximum success. As a member of the executive
leadership team reporting to the CFO, s/he will leverage their
extensive information and technology experience to build functional
capability and provide best-in-class service and support in
information systems infrastructure, security and network
operations. The right candidate will possess experience in ERP
implementations and optimization, digital transformation, M&A
integration, and organizational and process development to ensure a

- Sets the vision and strategy of the IT organization to foster
business and mission-oriented culture and mindset. Works closely
with the CEO and executive leadership team to ensure robust IT
functional capability to proactively support and grow the business
in alignment with overall strategy.
- Effectively leverages experience across IT, including
building/leading an organization to design, implement, run and
support both Oracle and SAP ERP solutions. This includes
building/managing a global team, managing budgets, selecting key
partners for implementation and support, managing vendor
relationships (SAP, Oracle, Hosting) and developing/refining the
operational model for the ongoing operation, maintenance and
support of the company"s global technology environment.
- Serves as a trusted advisor; builds and maintains relationships
with Company" senior business leaders to understand business needs;
ensures cost-effective delivery of services to meet those needs;
responds with agility to changing business priorities. Uses
business acumen, negotiation skills and ability to lead by
influence to create collaboration and enable cost-effective and
innovative shared solutions in achievement of business goals.
- Develop and execute IT roadmap that aligns technology to
Company" growth plan and provides best in class digital enablement,
process automation capabilities, and scalability.
- Provide data visibility and tools to commercial and operational
teams to better inform business decisions
- Oversee the deployment of company-wide technology standards
spanning both applications and infrastructure; ensure compliance
with corporate policies and standards aimed at maximizing
effectiveness and minimizing costs related to the acquisition,
implementation and operation of IT systems.
- Oversee the company"s network infrastructure and provide
security, regulatory compliance and provision for disaster
recovery. Maintain security of all data proprietary to the company
and provide for the complete backup of all computer systems in case
of system failure or disaster.
- Stays current on new technologies; provide direction to the
team on emerging technologies and the organization's innovation and
process improvement efforts to proactively provide solutions to
positively impact the business.
- Develops and implements global digital strategy that spans both
internal build out (efficiency and cost out) and external
capabilities (customer facing and demand driven)
- Continuously builds organizational capability, with the
appropriate mix of business knowledge and technical skills required
to ensure the highest technical competency and achieve business
objectives; ensures talent is sufficient to consistently exceed
business expectations for core deliverables with respect to IT
services and support.
- Directs the development and provides oversight and control of
the annual operating and capital budgets to ensure consistency with
the strategic objectives and priorities for the function.
- Lead multiple multinational/multicultural Go Live projects in a
manufacturing environment with experience in large project
management, budget control, management of 3 rd party consultants
including offshore, process definition/mapping (including country
specifics), systems configuration, Master Data management, data
migration and organizational change management. SKILLS:
- Experience in developing enterprise IT strategies and roadmaps,
working with cross-functional teams in a global manufacturing
organization, and managing teams across a global IT organization is
- Ability to work under the pressure of strict deadlines on
multiple projects in a fast-paced, environment.
- Highly motivated and innovative IT leader with a track record
of delivering business value through use of ERP technologies;
experienced with system implementations and creation and
development of digital transformation strategies.
- Outstanding leadership skills with strong ability to articulate
the vision to inspire and motivate leadership, BOD"s and
- Strong business acumen, understands the role of IT in business
enablement and value add.
- Ability to drive organizational change within and beyond
- Knowledge and understanding of emerging technologies.
- Expertise with Information Security and Privacy practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including
the ability to explain technology to business leaders, Board
members, and others not immersed within the technology world.
- Bachelor"s degree required, Master"s preferred in Information
Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related
field, or equivalent work experience.
- 15+ years of information services management experience, with
minimum 3-5 in executive leadership role (current CIO), with
demonstrated experience in strategic planning, organization design,
and development. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: 4 Directs (Regional
