Position Summary Direct the strategic work activities of multiple teams that support and provide 24/7/365 enterprise monitoring, situational awareness, and incident response capabilities for threats and risks associated to cybersecurity, physical security, or all-hazard (e.g. wildfire, storms, civil unrest, etc.) events. Custodian of the Cybersecurity Incident Response Team (CSIRT) process and procedures for the company. Tactical delivery of the Emergency Management Team (EMT) process and procedures for the company. Ensure adherence to all associated regulatory and compliance related activities for the assigned area of responsibility. Act as an incident commander as necessary for high severity/visibility cybersecurity, physical security, or all-hazard incidents. Interface with internal (legal, HR, line of business leadership, etc.) and external entities (ISAC's, law enforcement, 3rd party service providers, peers, etc.) in response to identified risks, threats and incidents. Generation and communication of the enterprise COP (common operating picture)

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Technology, Science, Business, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of experience in related field/sector, including 7 years experience managing a complex function, team, or program.
• Demonstrated verbal/written communication and presentation skills. Ability to understand complex technical and/or business information.
• Demonstrated ability to work across organization boundaries and influence others. Ability to define and manage multiple internal projects and milestones. Ability to both lead and partner in a cross functional team environment.
• Strong investigative, analysis, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills. Preferred Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading an organization that provides 24/7 monitoring, situational awareness, and incident response capabilities dealing with cybersecurity, physical security, or all-hazards circumstances
  • Working knowledge of the NIST and MITRE ATT@CK frameworks
  • Ability to translate complex technology terms and solutions into readily digestible business terms
  • Proven relationship building experience at all levels of an organization
