Title: Finance ManagerLocation: Westminster, CO Summary
--- Lead the FP&A process for the global operations group and interact directly with all business units to understand their direct product cost structures and operational cost drivers
--- Manage and ensure consistency and quality of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closes and audits
--- Lead the annual budget and allocations process for more than 60 departments
--- Manage the Worldwide Warranty process and reporting package
--- Analyze worldwide inventory trends in support of optimizing Trimble's balance sheet
--- Advise and guide members of Trimble operations throughout the company on the financial and accounting implications of both their tactical and strategic initiatives
--- Develop cost models and ROI analyses in support of global supply chain projects
--- Work closely with Trimble finance teams throughout Europe, Asia, India, Brazil, Canada, and the United States to develop policies and strategic reporting around inventory and gross margins
--- Key liaison and support for divisions and corporate finance regarding worldwide operational matters and results
--- Assist in SOX compliance and other internal/external audits.
-- Required Skills:

--- BS in accounting
--- 8+ years of accounting experience; cost accounting preferred
--- Excellent analytical skills with a strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail
--- Excellent communication skills and high confidence in stating professional opinions
--- Strong grasp of GAAP accounting and general accounting concepts
--- Extremely strong Excel skills, especially advanced financial modeling and analytical techniques
--- Demonstrated ability to streamline and automate complex processes
--- Domestic & international travel may be required (up to 25%)
-- Desired Skills:

--- CPA/CMA Certification and/or an MBA
--- 3+ years of operational experience, especially with inventory
--- Very strong project management skills
--- Ability to organize and lead both functional and cross-functional teams
--- Knowledge of Oracle, COGNOS, Domo, and Hyperion applications #Finance
