Housecall Pro is headquartered in beautiful San Diego, CA and has recently started building out a Denver, CO campus. We are currently fully remote although excited to introduce a hybrid work model in the future that will allow for a combination of both remote and in-office work. Manage and grow a first-class team of key account executives by identifying and developing internal talent while also recruiting sales talent to Housecall Pro. Utilizing the same leadership skills that have driven your career to empower your team to rise to their full potential (through team coaching and 1:1 training and development) Leveraging your sales skills by taking point on key accounts while also helping your reps take theirs the last mile when needed. Serving as an internal business partner working alongside product and marketing counterparts to cultivate new strategies to drive revenue. Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years experience in sales, preferably in SaaS products and/or services
  • 2+ years experience in a leadership role preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals in a sales based role
  • Knowledge and experience around SaaS sales methodologies
  • Salesforce.com experience required
  • High school diploma or GED required, Bachelors Degree preferred
    Compensation - $120 - $144000 DOE $132 - $165000 OTE
