years.We are seeking an experienced marketer with in-depth
knowledge of digital media to help own our consumer growth
strategy. We're looking for someone passionate about growth
marketing with a willingness to dive deep when it comes to
full-funnel marketing, Direct Response (DR) auction mechanics, and
the drive to continue to innovate acquisition strategy. A
successful candidate will be a data-driven acquisition marketing
expert, who can not only hit the ground running with high-growth
strategies, but is also willing to roll up their sleeves to support
elevating the current team's underlying capabilities while bringing
their expertise to the table.The Senior Manager - Growth Media will
be responsible for providing expertise and strategic direction in
the areas of media strategy, media planning and media-mix
attribution. They will partner with our external agencies to
oversee performance and growth strategy across core social,
display, search, programmatic and online video channels (including
Facebook/Instagram, Google, YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat and
Pinterest), as well as testing new, cutting edge publishers &
technologies. They are responsible for developing the acquisition
strategy and media KPIs, target audience, and channel mix. Primary
job functions would be to find data-driven insights about our
overarching campaign strategy and tactics, optimize our paid media
efforts, maximize ROI, ensure campaigns are meeting or exceeding
delivery and performance goals, and help enable omni-channel sales
effectiveness in relation to our marketing and communications
efforts.Role & Responsibility:* Work closely with agency partners
to develop media objectives, strategies, target audiences and KPIs
for measurement* Partner with our external agencies to activate,
measure and optimize paid media* Utilize media research, audience
insights & data analytics to determine an optimal media mix*
Partner with external agencies to establish monthly/annual channel
traffic, sales, spend and customer forecasts and budget
recommendations, with the speed and ownership to adjust tactics and
strategies quickly based on learnings and opportunities* Manage
multi-million dollar monthly digital budgets across all digital
paid marketing channels, including Facebook/Instagram, Google,
YouTube, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest* Develop and own
dashboards to report on acquisition channels performance against
forecast daily/weekly/monthly, propose and implement budget changes
to meet business goals (CPA, acquisitions, revenue, traffic, spend,
etc.)* Monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing,
LTV, ROAS, and CAC* Study demographic data and consumer profiles to
identify desired target audiences for all media/markets*
Explore/test new channels and technology to identify areas for
accelerating growth* Work in conjunction with the in-house creative
team and agency partners to drive creative development and
execution. Write creative briefs to define program objectives and
KPIs.* Identify source of growth, profitability and efficiencies in
current or new areas through strategic thinking and creative
analytics. Push for innovation while stretching our limits to
continue hitting KPI goals.* Work closely with agency partners and
in-house team to optimize media buying in effort to hit aggressive
growth goals and ROI targets* Manage an experimentation roadmap to
optimize performance including A/B creative tests, incrementality
tests, and spend scaling tests* Work closely with cross-functional
teams to analyze and assess efficacy of initiatives and how they
are supporting larger organizational goals* Constantly stay
informed with best in class acquisition practices, including
campaign structures, bidding tactics, marketing tech, newest
marketing channels, and best-in- class creative approaches to test
& learn from cutting edge marketing tactics.Qualifications:* 4-6+
years of successful, diverse and progressive acquisition marketing
experience, specifically in paid social (e-Commerce experience is
required)* 3+ years of hands-on paid social, search, paid shopping,
programmatic & video ads management (required)* Strong analytical
skills and data modeling skills for forecasting (required)* Hold
certification in Google AdWords and/or Facebook certified
professional (required)* Experience with Amazon Advertising
(preferred)* Experience with Web Tracking/Attribution (preferred)*
Audio (podcast, radio, streaming, etc.) + OOO marketing experience
is a plus* Experience managing marketing programs that are held to
a specific CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROAS KPIs* Experience
conceptualizing/implementing marketing plans & developing complex
A/B testing strategies* Experience in handling large scale campaign
planning and optimization for both performance and brand impact*
Experience working with creative teams to develop concepts and
bring messaging to life* Understands the breadth and depth of media
analytics/campaign tracking and is able to tell the story about how
these analytics contribute to marketing ROI* Excellent project
management skills with an ability to set and achieve goals, meet
deadlines, pivot strategy and multitask in a fast-paced
environment* Experience managing multiple paid advertising agencies
and in-house teams/campaigns* Experience synthesizing complex ideas
into actionable recommendations/reports for senior management*
Possesses strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively
multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
