Manager directs all aspects of the Private Equity Investment Review
Team and its processes. The Investment Review team oversees the
safe transfer and funding/movement of 400+ investments totaling
$60mm+ on a per month basis.The primary focus of this role is to
promote business development while mitigating risk to the bank.
Leads a team of approximately 30 individuals using sound decision
making in conjunction with optimized policies and procedures.
Responsible for developing and maintaining team standards, goals,
policies, and procedures. Responsible for day to day leadership and
coaching in a challenging and ever-changing work environment, to
include managing supervisor(s). RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee team development, training, and monitor performance
standards. Provides mentoring, coaching and training to support and
develop leaders and staff. Responsible for personal and team
adherence to all laws, regulations and compliance programs.
Communicates goals and direction with all staff to ensure clear
understanding of rules, regulations, requirements, and expectations
to follow through on strategic initiatives.
- Educate and lead programs and initiatives within department
that ensure the team meets or exceeds the Gold Standard Initiative
and maintains stated Service Level Agreements, all the while
ensuring administratively feasibility of alternative asset
custodianship and fraud prevention over funding/movement of monthly
estimated figures of 400+ investments valued at $60mm+.
- Handle and resolve all escalated issues as needed, monitor
processing of daily work queues; resolve complex problems while
maintaining risk mitigation practices and responds timely to
technical and operational questions or problems from staff; make
appropriate referrals, recommendations, suggestions
- Collaborate with the institutional and retail sales team to
ensure successful onboarding of new Partners, RIA, High net worth
individuals and investment sponsors. QUALIFICATIONS
- 6+ years of financial industry experience required.
- 2+ years leadership experience including leading a team of

- Comprehensive knowledge of financial service industry products
and compliance requirements required. This position starts at
$78,158 to $97,698--A discretionary bonus may be provided as part
of the compensation package, in addition to a range of medical,
financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position
