They will collaborate with a globally distributed product development organization and establish close partnerships across the business to create, build, and deliver innovative and differentiated B2B SaaS products and services to market from ideation to launch. The Director of Product Management will deliver customer-focused products and services that increase efficiency and accelerate time-to-hire for HireRight's customers including many of the world's most innovative and successful companies and organizations. Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, mentor, and develop a talented and highly collaborative team of Product Managers, Product Owners, and/or Business Analysts
• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities based on market, customer, regulatory, and business needs
• Drive entire product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and go-to-market activities
• Practice data-informed decision-making and demonstrate deep understanding of critical business drivers and KPIs to help achieve product/market fit
• Manage the financial and operational performance of a global product line
• Lead ideation sessions and establish a continuous innovation pipeline to drive new product development
• Partner with user experience (UX) and product design team to conduct user research, design sprints, prototyping, usability testing, interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis
• Establish a feedback loop with customers, users, and partners to understand their pain points and identify new products and services that meet their needs and exceed their expectations
• Identify new market opportunities, develop business cases, and present to senior leadership for sponsorship, budgeting, prioritization, and resourcing
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on product positioning, pricing, and merchandising --Basic Qualifications--
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience defining, building, and launching successful B2B SaaS products and services for large enterprises
  • 5+ years of experience directly leading, recruiting, mentoring, and developing a Product Management team
  • Experience overseeing product strategy, roadmap, and requirements definition
  • Experience leading and collaborating with large distributed and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with product delivery from ideation through launch and go-to-market activities --Preferred Qualifications--
    • Master's degree in Science or Business (MBA)
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
    • Customer-centric with deep empathy and understanding for customers and users
    • Passionate about delivering great user experience (UX) and product design to help drive user engagement and customer satisfaction
    • Highly "intrapreneurial" with strong ability to juggle between strategic, tactical, and operational responsibilities
    • Creates and delivers effective presentations to large groups and senior leaders
    • Strong negotiator who is persuasive in convincing internal teams and customers to act
    • Excels at navigating a matrix organization and agile environment
    • Demonstrates deep knowledge of and expertise in multiple product management disciplines and functional areas including:
    • Product and go-to-market (GTM) strategy
    • Market research and competitive analysis
    • Pricing and merchandising strategy
    • Customer engagement and monetization
    • User experience (UX) and product design
    • Prototyping, customer research, and usability testing
    • Innovation and new product development
    • Product roadmap and requirements definition

    • A/B testing and optimization
